The Road To Paradise is the combination of a live concert of Mr. Ludwig's compositions at West Point Grey United Church in 1998, and several studio tracks. This album was Mr. Ludwig's first album (composed prior his formal studies in music composition) and was never released commercially. The entire album (less tracks 12 and 17) has been posted on this site for listening and archival purposes. These tracks are not available for purchase.

In 2007, composer Christopher Ludwig collaborated with pianists Jayne Hayes, Anna Levy and Danielle Marcinek to create this large scale recording of his formidable output of keyboard compositions. This album may be the composer's first major studio recording, but it is surprisingly mature. Expressivity remains a major achievement in its scope, stylistic diversity and broad spectrum of pianistic challenges and techniques to this day. It was recorded at Quantum Sound Recording Studio and released in 2007 under the Con Brio Recordings Label.
